I fully believe in the importance of solid key fundamentals within the technical side of the golf swing, nothing will ever take away the importance of these basics, however to fully reach your true potential I also believe you must look at the whole picture of body and mind. The best swing in the world cannot perform to its maximum potential if the body is undernourished, limited in fitness, or the mind is in a negative, unresourceful state. The great bonus is that looking after your body through exercise and nutrition and creating positive and resourceful states on the golf course also have fantastic results in your everyday life. It ultimately becomes a win win scenario where you allow yourself to reach your maximum potential on and off the golf course.
